The Two-Story House

This is the largest house in the yard. It has 3 bathrooms with WC. It can house up to 6 people.

The ground floor provides:

• A spacious and fully equipped kitchen (a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee machine, a kitchen absorber, a toaster, and others)
• A dining room for 10 to 12 people.
• A sanitary facility with a bathroom, a WC and a washing machine
• A living room – a perfect spot for contemplation or cosy conversation. The sofa in the living room can be extended and two people can sleep on it. This room has a cute detail – a blackboard where you can use colourful crayons to leave a message or drawing for the next guests or the hosts

The second floor of the house has:

• A bedroom with an individual bathroom
• A small apartment, consisting of: An inner bedroom (children's); A large bedroom with a preserved original open fireplace or djamal, as the locals call it. It provides heating for both bedrooms; A large bathroom.
• A lobby between the two apartments. A great place for a bit of solitude with a nice book. If necessary, the sofa can double as a bed.

Accommodation, Prices and Conditions

The price per night for The Two-Story House is 225 BGN. The minimum is 2 nights. The price is without 9% VAT. When renting the house for three to five nights, you receive a 5% discount, and when renting it for more than five nights – a 10% discount. If you rent two houses, you receive an additional 2% discount; a 4% discount for renting three houses, and 7% for all of them. At arrival a safety deposit needs to be paid to the amount of one night's rent; it will be returned to you, when you are ready to leave.
